The partnership between Mark Vassallo and Jason Degiorgio is rooted in complementary expertise and a shared entrepreneurial mindset.
Jason Degiorgio brings over 30 years of experience in the cleaning and facilities management contract industry Servizi Malta, with extensive knowledge in large-scale operations and service delivery. Mark Vassallo contributes over 35 years of experience in the luxury jewellery sector Vascas and Heir & Loom , offering strong commercial insight, brand development expertise, and international business exposure.
Together, their combined experience spans more than six decades, forming the foundation of the group’s strategic direction and success.
